Even though we were missing out Shimla team but we managed to get the flow. After the office hours (yes! we had office   ) we all moved together adjusting & fitting in vehicles for the destination.

Job Description:

• Managing and delivery of projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects.
• Responsible for proper project planning and creating detailed requirements and planning documents before actual coding starts on the project.
• Understanding and implementing of project management practices.
• Guiding Project Coordinator/Project Leader define technical architecture of their projects, including working with them to finalize the DB schema.
• Responsibility for Development, testing, implementation and maintenance of Web Sites and Web Applications in a team environment.

As they say- “All Work and No Play Makes Jack a Dull Boy”

And this time they arranged for a wonderful outing- IPL match that was scheduled to happen at PCA stadium in Mohali on May 5, 2012. The team members were asked to to bring their family members to join in the fun. We all reached the venue before the match begun. Both the teams- Kings X1 Punjab and Rajasthan Royals played awesome. We had a great time, cheering the players and applauding their performances.

None of us really cared much about the teams or who won, but it was a nice way to hang out with the office team. I don’t need to explain how good the outing was, because the images posted here would tell you a lot about our wonderful outing.

It was challenging for the client to find a hosting solution that worked well for Magento. He had tried out a bunch of companies for developing this online shopping store, but the work done was not up to the mark. As the number of online orders at Costless Express increased and the business grew, it became more difficult and time-consuming for the client to manage the daily processes involved in inventory management, fulfillment, and shipping

Since most of the co-workers needed a day off for celebrating holi with their family members, we decided to organize holi celebrations in the evening on March 7. The celebrations in the office began post five in the evening when everybody gathered in the lobby and started splashing colors on each other. Though, there were some who objected to this color splashing in the beginning, but the hesitation was momentary. Everyone joined in eventually and we had a great time.

The event started as soon as the guests started pouring into the premises- Woodsville, Shimla. on 17^th December at around 6. p.m. Everyone was seated in the convention hall by 6 :30 p.m. which was decorated tastefully by the HR Team. The Guest of Honor was our reputed client Mr. Afshen who came all the way from Australia to preside over the annual celebrations. He was cordially invited to light the lamp and start the 3^rd annual function of Browsewire.

Our Business Manager Mr. Krishan Dutt said, “I truly believe that Browsewire will achieve immeasurable heights that it was always destined to be”. He gave a brief and energetic presentation about the past three years of the company, followed by a rapturous applause by everyone attending the event. Mr Hitesh Sharma, also congratulated everyone for being a part of this success.

The HR Department took over the proceedings. Shimla staff members gave individual performances as well as group dance. A traditional folk dance of Shimla called Nati, was performed by a group of four people. It was followed by a musical chairs competition. It was enjoyed by the participators as well as by the audience.

The musical chair game was followed by the annual award ceremony, where freshers as well as seniors got awards for their exceptional performance at work. At about 10 pm, a sumptuous dinner was arranged for the Browsewire family in the dinning hall of Woodsville. More fine and distictive food items were brought this year than ever before. . 

Browsewirians will always fondly remember the third annual celebration with a smile on their faces!

Diwali is not just about decorating your homes and surroundings with beautiful candles, and lightings it’s also about lightening your hearts and opening them for one and all.

The celebration began with office decoration in the morning followed by rangoli decorations & lighting lamps in the evening.
